Shipping & Returns
Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day (excluding public holidays). All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped. Orders submitted before 12PM PST with Overnight or Two-Day shipping methods selected will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12PM PST or Saturday and Sunday will ship the next business day.
We only offer expedited shipping via Fedex within the state of Arkansas. We cannot expedite orders to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses, or outside the state of Arkansas. Rural domestic addresses may require one or more additional days to deliver. We are not responsible for delays due to inclement weather or other issues on behalf of the mail carrier. PLEASE NOTE: An expedited shipping method does not change the processing time for any personalized, engraved or pre-order items.
Free ground shipping is valid on all orders valued at $75 or higher. Free ground shipping is offered within the contiguous State of Arkansas only.
The following shipping methods are in effect during this time:
Ground: Will arrive in 3-7 business days
Two-Day: Will arrive in 2 business days
Overnight: Will arrive the following business day
FINE JEWELRY AND ORDERS OVER $800
All Fine Jewelry orders or orders valued at over $800 are shipped via FEDEX and require a signature upon delivery.
We believe that life is too short to wear boring jewelry and we are almost positive that you will be happy with your purchase. If in the unlikely event that you are not happy, we accept returns on all unworn items within 10 days of your purchase with a 20% restocking fee.
